What is it about sweet and salty food?? YUMMO- I say, YUMMO! These are so easy to make. I mean like 15 minutes from start to finish maybe? I guess I will time myself next time I make them which will probably be tomorrow because YUMMO!
You can make these however you like, change up the ingredients to suit your palate. Sweet potatoes don’t mind all the different ingredients to sass them up…that’s why they are called SWEET potatoes. Ba dum bum.

I feel like a dork even calling this a recipe. Slice up some plantains, fry them in healthy oil and sprinkle with salt. Ha! There it is! But I guess there are a couple more details than that. They are super easy though!
Watch out, they are ADDICTING. Unless you don’t find sweet, salty and crunchy addicting. Right now it’s paining me to save the ones I made earlier for my husband. I think if it wasn’t our anniversary he might accidentally not get any!
I had been buying these from the store but they are made with canola oil which is no bueno. SO I decided to make them myself and as with most homemade stuff, I can’t go back to store bought now!
